How do I delete my account?

Inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. The moment you confirm, your account and the data held on our servers are permanently deleted and you're signed out.

I forgot my password

Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen. A six-digit code arrives by email, and once you enter it you can set a new password. If the code doesn't turn up, try your spam folder.

Can I use the app without an account?

Yes. You can start as a guest. If you decide to create an account later, nothing is lost — your existing progress moves across with you.

Subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by the store, so cancelling happens on your device rather than in the app:

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Selfinity → Cancel Subscription
• Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments and subscriptions → Selfinity → Cancel

After cancelling, Premium stays available until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, so it isn't something we can process directly. For iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Android, your Google Play order history. If you think something went wrong, write to us as well — we'll help you through it.

What can I use without Premium?

Every module is free to use. Premium is an optional subscription that adds unlimited AI analysis and the full content library.

Data and privacy

Does it work offline?

Yes. What you write is stored on your device first, then quietly syncs when the connection returns. On a plane or somewhere with no signal, nothing gets lost.

Does my data move to another device?

Sign in with your account on any device and you'll see the same data. In guest mode, everything stays on that one device.

What do the AI features send?

Only the text or image that feature needs in order to work — never your identity. Exactly what each feature sends is listed in the Privacy Policy.

Common questions

My step count differs from my phone's

Steps are read from your phone's motion processor. Time when the phone is in a bag or on a desk isn't counted, so small differences from a wrist-worn device are normal.

Reminders aren't arriving

First check that notifications are allowed for Selfinity in your device settings. If they are, battery optimisation or a focus mode may be delaying them.

I found a bug

It helps a lot if you include: device model, OS version, app version (at the bottom of Profile → Settings) and a screenshot if you can. 🙂
